Born in Hiroshima Prefecture in 1981. Graduate of International Christian University with a major in Cultural Anthropology, former publishing company employee. Sushi researcher and sake pairing specialist. Holds J.S.A. SAKE DIPLOMA from the Japan Sommelier Association. Skilled at selecting restaurants based on personal criteria, having visited over 6,500 dining establishments across 30 countries worldwide. Specializes in discovering and promoting hidden gem restaurants. Visits markets, producers, and brewers, prepares food himself, and participates in food product development.
